You get: a grade per lorry, a predicted oil loss per press inside the cycle, an alert queue with a name against every job.

Grading here is recorded by a person on the ramp. The rig that grades with nobody in the loop is separate hardware, and the plant retrofit is Smart Mill.

Maintenance words are bilingual on the screen itself: Failed (Gagal), Choked (Tersumbat), Replace (Tukar).

The software

This is what you

The screens are real captures. Four rooms are built, not photographed: the ramp, the control room, the weighbridge office, the nursery bench.

01 · The ramp

Before the lorry leaves, a grader chops a bunch, types what he sees, and attaches a photograph of the heap.
